About Us

registered psychotherapist & registered nurse

Meigan Seto is a bilingual (English and French) Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Nurse. Following graduation with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) in 2010, her passion led her to focus on psychiatry, mental health, and addictions. Initially working with adults and seniors in a hospital setting, Meigan felt that she could make the greatest difference by working with children and adolescents. She obtained her specialist certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing in Canada [CPMHN(C)] in 2016 and became Registered with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario in 2018. Ms. Seto has been providing psychotherapy since 2012.

Thanks to Meigan’s background and education, she has acquired a wealth of expertise and tools that enable her to assist both clients and their families in navigating the complexities of both medical and mental health systems. She can collaborate with various healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurse practitioners, to identify the most effective treatment options to achieve better outcomes. Not only does she treat clients but provides educational sessions to various agencies, businesses, and institutions across Ontario.

She has expertise in working with young people (ages 4-18), adults (ages 19-65), as well as individuals who are experiencing social, emotional, and/or behavioural challenges. Meigan supports clients and their family members in managing challenging emotions and relationships more effectively. Her work focuses on providing clients with the skills and tools they need to effectively manage their daily lives and make positive changes.
